A complete school management system covering the full student lifecycle — enrollment, registrar approval, scheduling, grading, and a built-in accounting module with invoices, ledgers, and SOA generation — for admins, teachers, and students.
The problem
MACSAT ran enrollment, student records, grading, and school finances across disconnected spreadsheets and paper forms. Data was duplicated and easily lost, reporting was slow, and the registrar's records had no link to the school's accounting — so billing, payments, and statements all had to be reconciled by hand.
What we built
A complete school management system that runs the full student lifecycle in one platform — online enrollment, registrar approval, class scheduling, and grading — with a built-in accounting module that ties student records directly to invoices, payments, and financial reporting. Separate portals serve administrators, the registrar, accounting staff, teachers, and students.
