The problem

Philippine government agencies were managing their entire HR operation on paper 201 files, spreadsheet payrolls, and manual leave forms — slow, error-prone, and difficult to audit. Computing GSIS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and tax deductions by hand, tracking leave balances, and producing CSC-standard documents took days, with no single source of truth and no reliable trail for compliance.

What we built

An enterprise-grade Human Resource Information System purpose-built for Philippine government agencies — LGUs, national agencies, and GOCCs.
